Return Window
You can return any unused product within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will be notified via email when the refund is processed.

- Used/opened Edge Guard Tapes
- Final sale or clearance items
